On July 23rd, our little bit, Scarlett Lily turned one year old!!

She is growing like an absolute weed. She is not only walking, but RUNNING. It is hard to believe that we introduced you to this little girl a year ago already.

I cannot believe where the time has gone. This first year of Scarlett's life has been incredible, crazy amazing, exhausting, WONDERFUL! Just to think that this little girl started as an 8lb sweet thing to grow into an adorable sweet toddler, is amazing.
She loves to gives hugs and kisses. Her favorite things to do are probably climbing and dancing. She will climb her way out of anything!! And anytime a song comes on, you better believe she will give you a little dance.

If you ask her where daddy is, she says "DAAAAA!!!!" and looks for him, lol. It is so funny and so cute! She has also gotten very good at imitating her sister, whether it is shaking her head while making funny noises, repeating things like "Mama" "Dada", or fake burping... yep, I'll say they get that from their daddy ;) LOL. It is pretty funny though and yes, Grace does say excuse me after every one.

She also knows how to wave bye, say "Hi", give high-fives, and "pound it". She does everything she can to keep up with her sissy. It is so awesome to see the two girls starting to play together and actually enjoying each other now that they can do certain things together. I cannot wait to continue watching them grow in this wonderful thing that we call "LIFE" together!
